PJ Snacks began in 2014 at a family dinner when Pam (short for Pamala JoAnn) whipped up a batch of pretzels. Her parents, Dennis and Johynee, couldn’t stop eating them — and neither could anyone else! What started as a gift from a friend turned into Pam sharing holiday bags, which quickly earned the nickname “pretzel crack.”
Encouraged by family and friends, Pam, her husband Tom, and her parents started selling at local markets and fairs. Today, PJ Snacks has grown from small holiday gifts to shelves in stores across the country and even online, reaching pretzel lovers everywhere.
